March Break Video Camp Fieldcote Memorial Park & Museum A week-long introduction to videography and digital editing for children between the ages of ten and thirteen. Children will spend the week at Fieldcote and the environs of picturesque Dundas Valley, designing a video storyline, preparing a script, shooting video and learning the basics of editing. A short documentary will be the result. Each child will be given a DVD copy of the project to take home and to school. A movie and other activities will be offered in the afternoon each day. Workshop: Create A Porcelain Doll Fieldcote Memorial Park & Museum Instructor Maureen Wells' porcelain dolls are a delight. She took up the art of doll making in Africa, and has been instructing others since her arrival in Canada. Learn decoupage and collage, which will form the base for this project, and then build on it using a variety of materials.
